Shop Terms
These terms explain the practical conditions that apply when placing an order through the International Silver online shop.
Orders, prices, and availability
Online availability and pricing can change and are confirmed by the store. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance until the store reviews and confirms it.
- Product images and descriptions are provided to help identify each piece; natural or handmade details may vary.
- Taxes, shipping, and other applicable charges are shown or confirmed as part of the order process.
- If an item or price cannot be honored, the store will contact you about the available options.
Engraving and personalized items
Please review spelling, wording, and letter count carefully before submitting engraving. Personalized, engraved, altered, and special-order items may not be returnable.
